Filter one value out of Line Item with same ID

I have an expense type of Medicaid that is made up of two line items. How do I filter one while leaving the other?filter.png

Hi @bw70316 

Assume you want to keep the second row of "MEDICAID", filter out the first row.

you could create a measure,

Measure = MAX(Table1[expecse type])&MAX(Table1[header2])

then add the measure in the visual level filter, after applying filters on the "expecse type", then apply filter in the [measure] as below

While I havent tested your solution, it looks workable. I ended up doing this:

 

Medicaid = IF('Actual Items'[Expense Type]="Medicaid" && 'Actual Items'[Fund Center] = "Public Assistance-Direct", "medicaid")

I realized that in my "fund center" there is a marker that makes this line item unique. I created an If statement to get it to appear and then filtered added it to my visual and filtered the medicaid out.
