Filter on empty value

Hello, 

I want to create a measure with filters and one on the values. 

I want to calculate the numbers of cases where the field 'Dossiers'[L=comment] is not empty

Calculate( Distinctcount('dossiers'[Case]) --> I use distinctcount because I have several cases with the same number. 

but how to insert the rest 

can you help me ?

Please try this:

Measure=CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Dossiers'[Case]),FILTER('Dossiers','Dossiers'[L=comment]<>BLANK()))
