Filter on all pages and bookmark

Hi,

I have been trying to find a answer to the following challenge I encountered.

I have a filter on in my workbook that states which years should be active, of course now it's 2021 I need to include that one and remove 2018.

Now I was hoping I would be done with just changing one filter as it applies to all pages however when I use a bookmark it reverts back to the original 2018-2019-2020 options.

Since the workbook has a lot of bookmarks in it for navigation I am looking for a way to change the filter for all bookmarks in one click too. Opposed to changing the filter and updating every bookmark in the file.

I don't think you can achieve at one go, you need to modify the bookmarks individually,

Hi @Anonymous

In the bookmarks pane, there is an option to switch off Data Capturing. There are 3 dots on the right of every bookmark where you will find this option. If "Data" is selected please try de-selecting it.

Let me know if it works then.

If this helped solve your issue, please mark this as a solution.

Thanks,

Hi Veena,

But I guess I need to do this for every bookmark, so it is not the answer I was hoping for.

Thx for the suggestion.
