Filter on a group

I have made a group (Destinations) of 5 cards and graphs in my report with the selection tab.  Is there a way to apply the same filter to this group without changing the filters of the other graphics (Sources) in the report.

Yes. You want to change the Interactions feature. Click on the slicers and other visuals you want to prevent from affecting other visuals, then click Format, Interactions (this is the new ribbon), then select None (the circle with line through it). So below the slicer would no longer affect the card if I have the None circle selected.
