Filter measure in Power BI

I would like to ask how I could filter measure that it will be less 30. Like calculate(a, filter(b<30)) in visual. How I could implement this?

Hi,

Can you please share the sample data and measure, if I have understood correctly then can you try something like Calculate(a,filter(all(<table name>),b<30)).
