Filter measure evoked when selecting a drop down value from a disconnected table

I created a table that is not related to any other table.  It's a simple Yes or No value so that I can have a drop down slicer.  When I select Yes in the drop down I want it to filter my matrix table based on a measure.

Here's the measure:

E1 has a latest estimate =
VAR E1= COUNT(E1Roadmap[Checkmark])
VAR LE= SUM(ResourceAllocationForE1[PercentageForecast])
RETURN
IF (
E1=1 && LE=0,
"No",
"Yes"
)

If I select Yes from my drop down I want it to filter by Yes in the above measure.    Is that possible?  I am trying to figure out how to use a measure as a slicer by creating a hack here.

@Anonymous you should add another measure for your filter

Filter Measure =
IF (
[E1 has a latest estimate] = SELECTEDVALUE ( TableYesNo[Column] ), 1, 0 )

and in your visual level filter, drop Filter Measure and selected where values is 1

Would appreciate Kudos 🙂 if my solution helped.
