Filter in a measure

Is there an option to filter data in a measure, so that I don't need to create a new table or something?

I have a table with several columns including these two:

Business UnitTurnover
A10
A20
B10
C30

But now I want to create a filter based on ''Business Unit'' and only show the turnover of a specific Busines Unit.

So for example: Turnover A = SUM ('Total'[Turnover]), FILTER ('Total'[Business Unit] = 'A')

Is there a option to create a filter like this in PowerBI?

Many thanks in advance!

@TJacobs

this measure will only return this data

measure = calculate (SUM ('Total'[Turnover]), 'Total'[Business Unit] = "A")

also depends on how you you gonna display it
