Filter column by MAX date

I have a report with one column being Evaluation Date.  I wanted to filter the report so that it only contains data for the most recent evaluation date.  I don't want to do a number filter because I will eventually load in new data, and want the newest evaluation date data to automatically replace what is in the report.  Is there a way to do this, preferably without creating a new column?

HI @Anonymous ,

Maybe you can consider writing measure to extract the last date and compare with current date, then use it on visual level filter to filter unmatched records.

If you confused about coding formula, please share some sample data and expected results for test.

This is really going to depend on your data. Please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490.

That being said, you could theoretically create a measure that grabs the MAX value of your evaluation date and base a filter on this.
