Filter based on table selection

Hi,

Is there a way where you can select a row from a table, and it will filter the whole report based on this selection.

I have a table with general overview with uniqe IDs. I want to be able to select this ID in Pgae 1 and it will filter page 2 based on  that uniqe ID.

Hi @Krcmajster

As tested, when i select one row of the table visual on page1, then switch to page2, the row of table visual on page2 isn't selected accordingly.

For workarounds, you could use Sync slicer on page1 and page2, or drillthrough from page1 to page2, see details below.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/desktop-slicers#synchronize-slicers-across-report-...

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-drillthrough

If you have any problem implementing this, please let me know.

Best Regards

Maggie
