Filter a colum from "List" and "Reccord" types

I have a column made out of "List" and "Reccord" entries, the problem is I can't expand this as is as it creates errors.

I would like to be able to filter out the lines being recognized as "List" from the lines being recognized as "Reccord".

How do I do that ?

Please try to filter out the lines that before becoming "Record" before you transform the data.
