Filter Data by Map Selection

Is there a way to select points on a map and then completely filter report visuals based on that selection?   Using the arcGIS maps for Power BI, I can 'lasso' some points and highlight that data in related visuals, but am not able to filter the entire page by those data.  This is a functionality in Tableau called 'Keep Only' or 'Exclude Only'.   See here for example.

Thanks for your help.
