Filter Button to Show Only Available Rows

I have a set of data and I want to have a button that shows only the rows that have clients and be able to switch back and forth. 

Below is picture of power bi table and my excel data and the filter pane. For example I want to only see the row of LA and Miami county because those are the counties with clients.

you can save the filter selection as a bookmark and link the bookmark with a button.
