Filled Map Combined with Dots for Locations

I haven't been able to successfully find out if this feature has been added to Power BI yet. 

Similar to the example I found below, is it possible to create a filled map colored by loss ratio by state/region, and then also include dots/bubbles for specific locations from lat/long coordinates?

at the current moment the default map visuals do not allow to overlay a choropleth visualization with data points for a single visualization.
