Fill up rows Automatically to a new Column

Hi,

I wanted to add a new column on a table which basically I want it to tell me that if sftwre_Column1 is = sftwre1, then the new column that I will call test_Column2 = test1, sftwre_Column1 is = sftwre2 then the next row for it under test_Column2 = test2, and so on... like this screenshot on this post. 

In Excel, I know you can just create the column: test_Column2, filter column sftwre_Column1 to sftwre1 then just fill up one row and double click drag so you can fill the entire column for test_Column2 with test1 so that all sftwre1 has an equivalent value of test1 to test_Column2.

How do I do this in Power BI? Im dealing with Millions of data rows here, which would take me huge amount of time if I do this like what I explained using Excel.

@Ron_Orc one thing you can try, in PQ, make a copy of your column and then use replace values under transformation, and replace sftwre with test.
