Fill color similar like SSRS

I have column A and Column B .A has data value and B has hex color code ..how to assign background color to A using hex value in B
Any help would be appropriated

In Power BI Desktop, there is no such functionality. The closest feature that we can use to assign background color for column is conditional formatting, you can review the following article to get details.

Is there any way if I can use between operator to check the value and set the color accordingly
