Dear Community
I am looking for a solution for formatting the data of a file which contains the personnel number in the first column.
Then in column 3-4 time entries of this employee follow. The following example shows employee "314" from line 63 - 130.
Then follows employee "340" from line 133 - XXX. Is there a way to fill the gap with the employee number until the next number begins? Best at the moment when i transforming the data form the File.
Thanks for the tip.

Hi @thebeginner1204 ,
Consider this as my sample data
Go to Transform tab in Power Query and click on Fill --> Fill down
This will give you the desired output
Kind regards,
Rohit
