I am currently hosting Power BI service in my laptop. My colleague was trying to connect to the same MySQL database using her laptop. She put in the same login information as mine. However, she could not connect to the MySQL database. Please find the error message as follow:

Windows Firewall isn't to blame for this is it? Default port is 3306.
