Facebook Analytics post comments download

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to download the comments to develop a text analysis, but I cant download the data, this is the code I'm using:

Facebook.Graph("https://graph.facebook.com/v2.12/page_name/posts?limit=100&fields=comments")

I expand in the Query editor the tables and I can see on the preview the comments and the id, everything works fine until I try to download to the data model because it never finished and the Error is "Download did not complete".

I try to limit the dates

Facebook.Graph("https://graph.facebook.com/v2.12/page_name/posts?limit=100&fields=comments,since=2018-01-01&until=20...")

to get fewer comments but I get the same error.

Help me, please.

Hi @Manlio,

When you get data from facebook, instead of choose "comments", please any other connection and check if you can get data successfully?

Best Regards,
Angelia

Hi @v-huizhn-msft,

I can get the data from posts, message, id, date, shares, etc. But with the comments it's not working alway don't download

Hi @Manlio,

You didn't get any comments value, and only got the error, right? If it is, you'd better use Fiddler to trace log and create a support ticket on the right-bottom of this page.

Thanks,
Angelia
