I'm having a problem trying to solve a filtering issue.
I've a slicer that I want to filter the table you can see below:
But it doesn´t. Which kind o filter I should change. I was reading the microsoft documentation but I have not found the solution

When you say filter do you mean, not to display the rows where all cells are blank?
If this is the case you can do the following.
Create a new measure with the sum of all the measures from the table:
Row_Filter = SUM(Fact_Table[Atencion_Acumulado])+SUM(Fact_Table[Atencion_Anual])+SUM(Fact_Table[Tiempo_Acumulado])+SUM(Fact_Table[Tiempo_Anual])
Then add this to the table filter to hide these rows,
