FF: Distribution-of-days-per-month-between-two-dates/m-p/854874

Hello PBI Community,

Following my previous post regarding the distribution of days per month (link below), I have now applied the same technique to my own dataset. However, I can't seem to get PowerBI to display the correct that I'm after. When I use [RefID], the data displays fine, but if I use HotelName as a row, which is the one I'm after, no data shows. Could anyone walk me in the right direction, please?

Another thing. Is it possible to apply multiple filters per row? Say for example, for Hotel A, I only want the data from a certain period, and hotel B from a different period too? I hope that makes sense. Thanks

Hi @Anonymous

From your table, the same "HotelName" with many rows of different "ResDate", "InDate", "OutDate",

Your measure can't recongize which date to use.

If i change the measure with "min" function, i can get such result.

hi @v-juanli-msft ,

I tried that as well, but unfortunately, it will only return the data of 1 entry which is the ealiest InDate instead of the total for the entire hotel.
