FAILURE DURING REFRESHING WHEN APPLYING CHANGES AFTER UPGRADE

Upgraded to the lastest version of Power BI Desktop. I merely installed the lastest versionas I could not find any upgrade process to be followed. When trying to refresh my data or apply the changes, the process starts but encounters this error " loading blocked by failures with other queries". My data is in MS SQL database.

The solution as explained by Raj, that did not solve the problem. Reverted to earlier versions saved.

This means that one of your quesy has issues and needs to be fixed . Power BI upgrade is not impacting the refresh.

The  first message is below

This report has not been upgraded to use enhanced metadata format, which is required to make modelling changes. 

The options are :- <Learn More> <Upgrade Report>

when you select the <Upgrade report>

The load Screen comes and starts the process "Evaluating" ............then "Waiting for other Queries"...then "Load blocked by failures with other queries" and this happens only tables simutaneously 

This happens ALSO when you want to refresh a single table or edit query.
