Extreme slow Refresh with Dynamics 365 CE Version 9.0

Hi,

I was creating a power bi desktop report on Phone Call entity of Dynamics 365 - Sales.

The phone call has 25000 records in it.

When I click on Refresh it takes almost 2 hours for data to be refreshed, which is very slow.

How to speed it up and what is the reason for such an extreme slow speed ?

We are using Dynamics 365 Instance WEB API here.
