Extract Model.bim from Power BI Report in Service

Hi All,

As part of one of my recent projects, I am trying to build a model.bim file from pbix file. Here the catch is, the dataset in power bi service is updated/created using XMLA Endpoint, so I will not be able to download the file directly, I am looking for a way to export report.pbix file with live connection to my dataset and save it as .bim file.

Any help would really be helpful.

Thanks!

Hello

You can use tabular editor to connect to your dataset using the xmla and save the bim file on your pc
