Extract Data - Alternatives to Visual Header Option

I have a table visual which users need to export data but the More Option button sometimes show sometimes doesnt its quite clunky to hover over the visual and try to get the option and then click export.

Any alternatives are also welcome - main issue to solve is allowing user to extract the data they filtered on the visual. I tried Power automate extract button but this doesnt let user set where the extract is saved/at least I couldnt figure it out.

Hi @Anonymous ,

You could transform the DAX query of visual to the M query and use a R script to export the data.

Reference: Export data from All visuals at once

@Anonymous , In the power bi service you have export summarize data- is that not working for the end-user?

Hi @amitchandak, its working however its quite clunkly to get the option menu to stay, eg when user hover over the visual it will show and they will move their mouse to click it but it will disappear. I got few complaints and have yet to find a solution.
