External user clicking on a report and it doesn't do anything

Hello,

I shared a report from a workspace to an external user and he sees the report, but when he click on it, it doesn't do anything. I validate that he has a power bi pro license, I try to remove his access and sending him again a new link and still it doesn't work. 

It worked before, but after I refreshed the dashboard with new data it doesn't work. The only thing that changed is that my power bi report is saved in sharepoint instead of my personal onedrive, would it be a problem?

Does someone know how to fix it?

Could you please us with the error while opening the report?

Hi, 

An error isn't displayed, it just do nothing when the external user click on the report. It's like he can even click on it..

Can you show more information? What it was suppose to do if the user click the report?

It's suppose to open the report in question. It's on the homepage of powerbi where you see the reports shared with you. Usually, you click on the report and it opens, now it does nothing for him.

Upate: I sent a message to the help desk and it seems it was a bug for the B2B sharing, nothing to do with how I shared the report!
