Hi,
A customer has sent me a copy of a report to see if I can resolve this issue... All of the icons in the External Data section of the Home tab in Power BI Desktop are disabled. (see attached image)
The report is connected to an SSAS tabular model and that connection is working fine in the Power BI Desktop. It's just that I am unable to add any additional data sources, since the "Get Data" selection is disabled.
Does anyone know why this would be the case? Thanks very much to anyone who can help out.

Hi @Douga,
It seems to be that your report is live connected to an SSAS tabular model. There is a limitation for live connection that you will be limited to just one data source/database you selected. So you can’t combine data from multiple data sources anymore with live connection.
