Exporting a Dashboard from Power BI for hardcopy/softcopy distribution

Looking for some recommendations on exporting a dashboard, when the data visualizations are of value - and interactivity is not necessary.

In my current PowerBI experience, I use a significant number of slicers (in the right-rail) which doesn't add anything of value to an exported visualization.  The value of the slicers is that it cuts-across customer data - but once I am filtered - I only want to represent the visual experience in an export.

Does anyone have recommendations on achieving an excellent experience (in PowerPoint or other export) from PowerBI?

**Please no recommendations on the "Snipping Tool", got that one covered.  😉

Thanks!

Hi @irnm8dn,

If I understand you correctly, I would suggest you to use page level filters, or report level filters instead of Slicers in this scenario, then you should be able to export only the visuals(filtered) to PowerPoint or print them as PDF on the service.Smiley Happy
