Export to powerpoint not working sankey

Hello,

For the past few months, I've been using the sankey visual from the marketplace. I have never had an issue exporting it to powerpoint. Starting today, it suddenly exports as a blank slide. Since it's from the marketplace, I assume it's a supported app which means it should export without an issue.

Any ideas why it would suddenly stop exporting correctly?

So, in order to get it to work, I had to completely rebuild the PBIX (create new, import data, edit queries, reimport visual, etc.). I did try re-importing the visual and selecting "update" when prompted. This did not work though.

While I'm glad I was able to make it work, it's extremely frustrating and time consuming to completely rebuild a report. Is there not a better way?

Hi @tjwall34 

1. Please kindly make sure you've downloaded the latest version of your custom visual. 

2. Please re-do your reports and try again.

3. If the problem still exists, please kindly share your dummy pbix that I'll test it on my side and probably raise it to the internal team for further researching.

Hi,

I'm currently having the same issue since yesterday. It cannot be related with the report, because it is hapenning with several reports i'm currently managing.

Any visual coming from market place is not being exported to powerpoint when we use this option.

In Power Service these visuals are appearing correctly, just when we select export to powerpoint, opening the ppt files generated, no "market place" visual is appearing, only the PBI desktop standard ones.

We really have urgency to have this fixed, cause these is causing problems for presentations that need to be done. Please help.
