Export data to excel

Hey,

I have created a matrix that looks similar to a pivot table that is created in Excel. However, when I export my matrix to excel format, it just lists all the columns and values as a table rather than the exact way as the matrix is on Power BI. I would not want my users to create the pivot table from Excel, rather be able to see the matrix as it is on the visual.

Can this be done any way? Like changes in export settings or something?

Thank You!

Hey,

unfortunately this can not be achieved.

No matter how the looks like in any visual, exporting the lead to the tabular format.

Maybe you to consider to convince your users to use Power BI insead of Excel.

Regards,

Tom
