Explanation of the increase between two series

Hi

I used to Power BI Desktop, and I need realized a "Explanation of increase" beetwen two series of graphics. One of these series is a real expenses of 2019 (REAL) and the other is a budget of 2019 (PPTO). I need to explain why produced desviation of budget in june-2019, but I can only explain increase/decrease beetwen months of same serie. You can help me with this question?
