Expanded columns cause slow load times and timeouts/throttle

Hello!

As soon as I expand person/field columns from an sharepoint list (20k objects) in the query everything becomes VERY slow and I cant even publish a report because when its starts to update it takes 5 hours and I get error:

SharePoint: Request failed: The remote server returned an error: (429). (429 TOO MANY REQUESTS). The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface. Please review the error message and provider documentation for further information and corrective action.

I'm I doing something wrong? I've been struggling with power bi for months now with various problems... I really need help thanks
