Exchange online archive in Power BI

Hi guys,

We're using the Exchange Online plugin to get statistics of a big shared mailbox. Is there a way how we can also get the Archive file? the mail is huge and at archived on a regular basis.

let
    Source = Exchange.Contents("AAA@AAA.com"),
    Mail1 = Source{[Name="Mail"]}[Data],
    #"Extracted Values" = Table.TransformColumns(Mail1, {"Categories", each Text.Combine(List.Transform(_, Text.From), ","), type text}),
    #"Removed Columns" = Table.RemoveColumns(#"Extracted Values",{"Attachments"}),
    #"Expanded Body" = Table.ExpandRecordColumn(#"Removed Columns", "Body", {"TextBody"}, {"Body.TextBody"}),
    #"Removed Columns1" = Table.RemoveColumns(#"Expanded Body",{"Preview"})
in
    #"Removed Columns1"

hi, @Dietervc

Accord to my knowledge, I'm afraid it couldn't achieve in Power BI for now,

And you could post your new idea in Power BI ideas and make this feature coming sooner.

Best Regards,

Lin
