Excel Power Query with Appended Queries and a manual row

Anyone know if there is a way that I can separate appended queries with a row and put information in there?

Basically I have a Query gathering some information. I then appended a second query, which is fine. But before the third query that I have appended, I just need to put a blank row that makes a comment about the following data in the third query.

Could you please clarify more details about your requirement? If possible, could you please share some dummy data for further test?
