Excel Formula to Power Bi

Hi Folks,

 

Need your Help on  convert this Excel formula to Dax Power BI formula.

I already tried searching but doesn't work.

 

Validitor = Unique Value

Date/Hour= Date of Call

Please refer to the formulas, if you still have doubts, please provide sample data and expected output.

blanks = ISBLANK( [Column] ) 

Validation = MAX( [column1] ) & MAX( [column2] )

Repeated Date & Time Call = 
IFERROR(
    blanks = TRUE(),
    CALCULATE(
        SUM([colum]),
        FILTER( )
    )
)

Instead of giving the Excel formula, you can likely get the DAX expression you need from the community by providing a sample input table with the desired output column or table.  Input table should be in a copy/paste-able format (insert table).  Even better to provide a link to a pbix file with a mock up of your data.
