Excel Format vs Data Set Query

Hello help needed.
I was wondering that my excel database formatted into percentage not reflecting in dataset.

For the month of Jan - April was correct output, but in May onwards it shows whole and rounded number.

when I trigger my refresh it shows:

In my Excel Database it shows 0.045
Then in my Data Query shows 0

I already applied the Data Type as Decimal Number in my PowerQuery Editor.

Have you checked the Data Type of this column after refreshing the data? Based on my test, all work normally.
