Evaluate columns on whether they contain letters

I have got two columns. Both contain values in 2 different formats. For example 2DC34F (containing letters) or 2303040 (not containing letters). For each case one of the columns contains a value including letters and the other column contains the value without letters. I want to make a new column that checks both columns and takes the value that contains letters.

Example of two columns and the value I would like in the target column:

Is there any DAX or Power Query I could use to accomplish this?

Thanks for responding! So you mean for example trimming down the columns to take out all the numbers and then evaluate whether the column is null or not? That would work I think
