Establishing connection via a encrypted connection not possible

Hi,

i built a power bi dashboard. For the datasource I'm using table based on sql queris that adress data tables that are located on our company server. 

For establishing the connection i'm using the same login informations that im using in SQL Management studio. 

Now when i want to connect to the database in power bi it says that to establish an encrypted connection is not possible. 

How can i solve this?
