An employee has created a large Power BI dashboard that is stored on Dropbox. There is one source spreadsheet that is also stored on Dropbox.
If I access the dashboard from my computer, it works fine. The Data Source setting shows the Dropbox path on my machine:
If another user tries to refresh the same dashboard, then errors are shown:

I don't understand how I can access the dashboard (and refresh it) but the other user can't. The other user is using a different computer to mine.

When you share your report to other users, power bi can't find correspond datasource on their device.(you are using a absolute file location which not exist on other device)
BTW, your credentials also not available when report refresh on other device, you need to re-configure and authorizations it on that device.(notice: credentials stored on power bi desktop folder and it not cached into pbix file)
