Couldn't find anything under Awareness. I have been facing the same issue since 10th June 2018.
Have this issue been rectified? Kindly let me know if there are any steps to be taken to get it reactivated.

I have opened a case with the support of microsoft , They have took some screens from my computer and I sent them the mail without it the problem and with the problem.
I am waiting for the answer.
