Error with connection PostgreSQL

Please check if the credentials you have input is correct when you trying to connect to PostgreSQL Database. In addtion, please check if you have installed the lastest version of power bi desktop and also check if you have installed the lastest patch of PostgreSQL. If the issue still occurs, could you provide some traces of power bi desktop for further analysis?

hi @v-yuta-msft thanks for the informattion, i tried all the steps that u pass to me, but its not working.  I dont have more information, is just the postgresql connection, is weird cause i can do a normal conection with the pgadmin 4 and can do querys.
