Is this a stock visual or a custom visual? What visual is it? How much memory do you have?

This is an inbuilt visual(matrix visual)
I would submit this as a support issue. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
I am not a Pro User.
Also while I am going down and clicking on "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET" it is taking me again to this page.
