Error when try to install Power BI Desktop

Hi,

I'm trying to install Power BI Desktop on my laptop, but encounter this problem. May I know what is the issue? I tried x32 and x64 version both cannot.

According to the documentation:
Power BI Desktop is no longer supported on Windows 7.

@Anonymous , clear windows temp cache or Install folder. Make sure not windows update is pending. Also, check for .net if required.

Then install power bi again and try

Still same error. Forgot to mention that im trying to install on Windows 7
