Error updating gateway configuration

I had try to upgade the On-Prem Data Gateway to new version and got the error when I try to recovery an existing gateway the error message as:
Failed to update gateway details. You may need to change the account the gateway runs under.
Error updating gateway configuration.

Anyone can help to solve this situation.
