Error message when i try to connect to bigquery : ERROR [HY000] ... ODBC[8701]

Hi, 

I have the next issue in power bi desktop when i try to connect to bigquery (using the connector "Google Bigquery"):

I have to say that if i try to connect from my house i don't have this problem (using the same google credentials), but if i try to do it in the place where i work (in a telco company) I get that message (i am not administrator of the machine). Power BI need some open port in the firewall or some permission as administrator to connect with bigquery?

@Anonymous , Please provide the error in the text format

Please go to the data source setting and clear permissions and try again , you need to provide credentials again

I have same issue and followed the steps you mentioned above but still have same issue, Any thoughts are really appreciated.
