Error message - ActiveX control '8856f961-340a-11d0-a96b-00c04fd705a2' cannot be instantiated

Hello,

Some colleagues in my organisation have started to receive the above error message when opening Power BI desktop. It asks them to sign in (which it didn't before as it saves credentials) and then produces this error. From here they cannot publish reports etc.

Can anyone advise what this might be please? We are using the Dec 2022 version of PBI desktop.
