Error in total value of matrix view

I find the total for % values for a new calcualted measure to be incorrect in matrix view. I have attached the photo below where you can find the total for Fluoride% and Radiograph% is incorrect. 

Example: Radiograph % for all months in 2018 is below 200% but the total % value for the year 2018 in 203%

It is caused by DISTINCTCOUNT Function. You may check the distinct values.
