Good, I tell you that I uninstalled and reinstalled the On-premises data gateway (personal mode) and it gives me the following error:

I tried installing and uninstalling different versions, in addition to moving and / or deleting the RSA folder (as proposed in other posts) but it did not work for me. Any ideas?

Hi @Syndicate_Admin ,

workaround1:

try moving the folder RSA from C:\Users\<User>\AppData\ Roaming\Microsoft\ Crypto\RSA to say C:\RSA (just in case there should be a need to restore it) then try installing again. This folder appears to act as a cache and should be rebuilt automatically as required.

workaround2:

the reason may McAfee refused RSA file accessed by personal gateway on your PC. So you should ask your IT support to add personal On-premises data gateway into white list of McAfee to solve the problem
