Error from Api while trying to refresh [Scheduled or manual Refresh]

Hi all: Good day! I have a dashboard that connects to various sources including 3 apis provided by our vendor. We have a Scheduled Refresh process to update data 3 times during the day. We sometimes [For last few days it’s happening every day once or 2 times] get error while trying to Refresh from 2 apis that bring event detail info as we pass different event Ids- I have used M code to paginate through the call. The error for I api call is as below:

“Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

Web.Contents failed to get contents from 'https://api....com/natgas/events/v1/notices/details?ids=29905248&format=json' (429): Too Many Requests. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: NatGas_query_NoticeDetails.”

It sometimes happen with manual refresh too.

I contacted our vendor, waiting for their response. In the meantime, trying to reach to this community if anyone has any suggestion to be done on the PBI side.

Many thanks in advance! Happy Thanksgiving to all in US! 😊
