Error filtering with many to one to many relationship

I have a many to one to many relationship below. I would like to report the performance between letter activity list (many) and donation (many), but it's not working. 

1 Contact can have many letters

1 Contact can have many donations

You'd have to explain a bit better what you want. Try this:

1.  fuj_mailingsegmentlists in rows of  matrix visual like you have it

2. This measure in values of the matrix visual:

Measure =
CALCULATE ( COUNT ( Staging_Donation[DonationId] ), CRM_Letters )

It uses the concept of expanded tables:
