Error Generating Asymmetric key

Hi everyone i have been having issues with scheduling Power BI through personal gateway.
I'm trying to scehdule a refresh on power BI for my orgnisation.
We have been using Personal gate way but it have recently stopped working.
The issue says below

One or more errors occurred.

Error generating an asymmetric key.

I was wondering why this has happened.
My user password had recently expired and needed a change.
Also my colleagues get the same message when they download the personal gateway and enter their email in.
